FarmartApp launched
Empowered agri-retailers to expand market reach, communicate offerings, and access market information.
2021
Raised $2.4M pre-Series and Series A
Successfully raised $2.4M in pre-Series, followed by Series A funding from marquee investors - Omidyar Network India and Avana Capital.
2022
Pivoted to agri-commodity marketplace
Pivoted strategically to an agri-commodity marketplace and successfully raised $32M in Series B funding by General Catalyst.
2023
FarmartOS launched
Launched FarmartOS, our flagship product to seamlessly manage agri-commodity supply chain transactions across the food ecosystem.
2024
Sustained high growth at scale
Achieved sustained high growth by scaling revenue from Rs.200cr in FY22 to Rs.1,400cr in FY24, building strong operational foundations.
2025
Receivables securitization innovation
Started securitizing receivables to delink growth from leverage, earning the prestigious 'Most Innovative Securitisation Deal of the Year' at the 13th Securitiization Summit 2025.
2026
FarmartOS AI agents and landmark deal
Deployed FarmartOS AI agents to optimize throughput and closed India's first Rs.104cr receivables securitization deal, cementing deep market trust.

Co-founder & CEO
Alekh has spent over a decade building at the intersection of agriculture, technology, and supply chains. Before FarMart, he worked closely with farmer communities across India, and that proximity to the ground reality shapes every product decision FarMart makes.
Mehtab Hans
Co-founder & COO
Mehtab brings deep operational expertise to FarMart's supply chain infrastructure. His focus on community drivers and farmer-first design has been central to how FarMart builds products that actually work in the field - not just in spreadsheets.
